| The Western Region is one of the newest regions within the car club - only formed in November 2009. We cover a fairly large area - made of parts of the South West, Wessex and Central Regions. If you take a line north from Bristol to Hereford and Worcester and swing around southerly to Swindon and Marlborough, and down as far as Yeovil - that's the Western Region. This includes the following post codes: BS, WR, HR, GL, SN, and BA. We have a regular pub meet at the Fox and Goose, Brent Knoll on the first Wednesday of each month. We also want to establish two other pub meets - one in the Swindon are and one in the Stroud area. Details can be found in the events section of the web or the club magazine. Our programme for 2010 includes a Drive and Dine; Show & Shines at Haynes Motor Museum (sponsored by Autospray) and 'BMs On the Lawn' at Weston-Super-Mare Sponsored by Clayton Cars bristol; a Summer BBQ at Nailsea; a joint meet a Castle Combe with the SW, Wessex and Welsh regions; finishing off the year, of course, with the National Festival at Gaydon.
