| The Western Region is one of the newest regions within the car club - only formed in November 2009. We cover a fairly large area - made of parts of the South West, Wessex and Central Regions. If you take a line north from Bristol to Hereford and Worcester and swing around southerly to Swindon and Marlborough, and down as far as Yeovil - that's the Western Region. This includes the following post codes: BS, WR, HR, GL, SN, and BA. We have a regular pub meet at the on the first Wednesday of each month. We meet at the Woolpack Inn St Georges W-S-M Junction 21 M5 take the B3440 of the A370. We also also have from time to time a Pub meet in the Stroud area,new venue this year The Weybridge Inn Nr Minchihampton. More details can be found in the events section of the web or the club magazine. Our programme for 2012 includes a Drive and Dine; Our regional concours this year is at the National Trust garden and house at Stourhead, Autospray will still be the main sponsor but all Trophies supplied by Meguiars. See photos on the right of our first Concours. 'Our Show & Shine BMs On the Lawn' at Weston-Super-Mare Sponsored by Clayton Cars Bristol - we are sure this will be bigger and better this year. A Summer BBQ at Nailsea once again organised by Scott and Jo. We will of course be at one or two of the performance Action days at Castle Combe on the 28th April and the 8th September.New for this year we will be attending the Prescott hillclimb near Cheltenham. Finishing off the year, of course, with the National Festival at Gaydon. Last but not least the National Concours and once again bigger and better. Look forward to seeing you somewhere sometime.
