| The Irish Region covers both the north and south of this beautiful country. Events include fun drives, local meetings, shows, exhibitions and Better Driving / Track Days at Mondello Park & Kirkistown Circuit. Everyone is welcome to come along and see what we are about. We appreciate both your support and opinion on future activities. We are always looking for new Irish members, and welcome any queries that you may have. Any and all suggestions for future events in Ireland are always appreciated. Motor Racing will return to the Phoenix Park, Dublin in 2012 to help celebrate the 350th anniversary of the establishment of the location. On Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th February 2013, The Royal Irish Automobile Club will host for the first time, The RIAC National Classic Car Show at the RDS, Simmonscourt Pavilion, Dublin. Up to 150 classic cars will be on display from both the leading Irish Classic Car Clubs and private collectors. And for the first time a selection of classic cars from Frank Keane’s own collection will be on show. Also vehicles from the 19th Century such as the 1896 Benz Patent Motor Car and the 1898 Benz Veto will stand alongside a dazzling display of pre−war models such as 1937 Bugatti Type 57, the Derby Bentley and the Austin 7 Special and more modern models such as the 1972 Ferrari Dino, a very rare AC 428 Fura, 1960 AC Cobra 427/sc and the 1951 Jaguar XK120 FHC. As many as 50 individual stands, hosted by clubs and exhibitors, will feature hundreds of vintage and classic cars at what is likely to be the most spectacular display ever seen under one roof in Ireland The next ALMC Performance Car Show will be early May 2013 - with plenty of BMW Cars & Motorbikes, also a wide and varied selection of historic rally cars will be on display - City North Hotel, Drogheda, Co. Louth The AOVC (Association of Old Vehicle Clubs) Classic Show will be returning to the Ballymena Showgrounds, County Antrim, Northern Ireland end June 2013. The next Irish Classic & Vintage Motor Show with be held in Terenure College, Dublin 6W in early July 2013. The next Banbridge Motor and Sport Car Show will be held in August 2013. beside the Bannville House Country Hotel, Northern Ireland. Gates open to Spectators from 12.00 noon to 6.00pm. The show will be made up of a vast array of vehicles, from rally to rallycross, from autotest to autograss, from classic to vintage, from Hillclimb to sprint, from modified to american, from trikes to bikes so there will be plenty to interest everyone. The Dunboyne Motor Club will be hosting there "Spirit of Dunboyne" motorsport festival on Saturday & Sunday September 3rd & 4th in Dunboyne Village, Co. Meath. Expect to see some lovely M1's and 2002 Turbos on the car run.
